Frequently Asked Questions

1) Is smoking allowed?

A:  No, smoking is not allowed in the cabin or anywhere on the property.

2) Can I bring my pet with me?

A:  Absolutely, pets are permitted with prior approval.  Pets are permitted for an additional fee of $25 per night per pet or $100 per week per pet (whichever is less).

3) How close to the casino is the cabin?

A:  Harrah’s Cherokee Casino is located in Cherokee, approximately ten miles east of the cabin on Highway 19.

4) Are linens provided?

A:  Yes, all the linens, pillows, blankets, towels, etc. that you may need are provided.

5) What does the "fully equipped kitchen" include?

A:  Every item you may need for all your cooking and baking needs!  All you need to bring is the food and ingredients.  In addition the kitchen includes:  full size refrigerator with freezer, range with oven, microwave, coffee pot, toaster and waffle iron.

6) How do we check-in?

A:  Once I receive your final payment, I will mail you a personalized welcome packet.  The packet includes area brochures, directions to the cabin and a unique door code which you will use to access the keyless entry lock on the cabin.  There are no keys to fool with or worry about returning upon departure.

7) Is there a washer and dryer?

A:  Yes, there is a washer and dryer and laundry detergent is provided.
